1. Description of Service

Streetly360 provides a web-based tool that allows users to upload 360-degree imagery (photospheres) directly to Google Maps (“Service”).

  • Dependency on Third-Party Platforms: You acknowledge that Streetly360 operates by utilizing the Google Maps Street View Publish API. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
  • Service Availability: Our ability to provide this Service is contingent upon the continued availability and functionality of Google’s APIs. Streetly360 is not liable for any interruptions, limitations, or discontinuations of the Service caused by changes to Google’s APIs, policies, or technical infrastructure.
  • Google Terms: By using Streetly360, you also agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use Streetly360, you must sign in using your Google Account via OAuth.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account.
  • Eligibility: You represent that you meet the minimum age requirements to hold a Google Account.
  • Email Communications: By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from Streetly360, specifically regarding your account status, usage activity, and platform updates (such as new features or maintenance). We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Streetly360 immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

3. User Content and Data Handling

You retain full ownership of the 360° photos and content you upload to Streetly360.

  • License to Streetly: By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content to Google Maps for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Data Retention: Streetly360 acts as a conduit. We do not retain your images indefinitely. All uploaded content is deleted from our servers immediately after it has been successfully published to Google Maps.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright and privacy) or Google’s Map User Contributed Content Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Streetly360 offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service.

5. Limitation of Liability regarding Google

Streetly360 is a tool to facilitate uploading; we do not control Google’s platform.

  • Account Bans: Streetly360 is not responsible if your Google Account is suspended, banned, or penalized by Google due to content you uploaded via our Service.
  • Content Rejection: We do not guarantee that Google will accept or publish your content. Google reserves the right to reject or remove imagery at their discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The “Streetly” name, logo, and the underlying code of the website are the intellectual property of Streetly360. You may not use our branding or scrape our site without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetly360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
