A. Personal Information

When you register for an account or reach out for support, we may collect:

  • Email Address: Collected via Google Authentication (OAuth) to create your account.
  • Identity Data: Your name (if provided via our Support Form).
  • Communication Data: The content of messages you send through our support contact form.

B. User Content and Geo-Location

The core function of Streetly 360 is to publish imagery to Google Maps. We collect:

  • Photos/Imagery: The images you upload to our servers.
  • Location Data: The GPS coordinates (Geo-tags) associated with your photos.
  • Metadata: Date and time information associated with the imagery.

C. Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. Streetly 360 does not store your credit card numbers or banking credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe’s secure payment processing infrastructure.

D. Usage and Tracking Data

We use third-party tracking tools to understand how users interact with our website. This includes:

  • Device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and click data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Service: To store your photos and publish them, along with their location data, directly to Google Maps Street View via the Google Maps API.
  • Account Management: To manage your registration and authentication via Google.
  • Payment Processing: To facilitate transactions via Stripe.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries via our support form ([email protected]).
  • Site Improvement: To analyze user behavior and improve our website functionality using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We share data with specific third-party processors to run our service. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

A. Google Services (Maps & Auth)

  • Google Authentication: We use your Google account to verify your identity.
  • Google Maps API: By using Streetly 360, you acknowledge that your uploaded photos and geo-location data will be sent to Google for publication on Google Maps. Once published, this content becomes publicly available on Google’s platform and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

B. Stripe

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. Their use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

C. Analytics and Heatmaps

  • Google Analytics: We use this to track website traffic and usage trends.
  • Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Request the deletion of your account and associated personal data stored on our servers.

Note: Deleting data from Streetly 360 may not automatically remove content that has already been successfully published to Google Maps. You may need to manage published content directly through Google Maps.
