B. User Content and Geo-Location

The core function of Streetly 360 is to publish imagery to Google Maps. We collect:

  • Photos/Imagery: The images you upload to our servers.
  • Location Data: The GPS coordinates (Geo-tags) associated with your photos.
  • Metadata: Date and time information associated with the imagery.

C. Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. Streetly 360 does not store your credit card numbers or banking credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe’s secure payment processing infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

A. Google Services (Maps & Auth)

  • Google Authentication: We use your Google account to verify your identity.
  • Google Maps API: By using Streetly 360, you acknowledge that your uploaded photos and geo-location data will be sent to Google for publication on Google Maps. Once published, this content becomes publicly available on Google’s platform and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

B. Stripe

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. Their use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

C. Analytics and Heatmaps

  • Google Analytics: We use this to track website traffic and usage trends.
  • Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity.
